Warranty Policy

Our frames are covered against manufacturer defects for two years after the date of purchase from an authorized retailer. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original proof of purchase or itemized documentation, as purchase date and location must be verified.

You may qualify for a Warranty Evaluation if they meet the following criteria:

  • They were purchased from an Oliver Peoples authorized retailer or optician.
  • They were purchased within the specified 2-year warranty period.
  • Documentation verifies the purchase place/date can be provided.
  • Frames are not fit with prescription lenses.*

Upon receipt of your Oliver Peoples frames, a certified technician will determine if the damage caused to your frame will be covered under our warranty program.

Oliver Peoples warranty covers manufacturer defects only.  Shattered, fractured, or scratched lenses are not covered.  Frame damage not associated with normal wear, such as pressure breaks, excessive heat, intentional bending, abuse or general misuse are also not covered.
