Our frames are covered against manufacturer defects for one year after date of purchase from an authorized retailer. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original proof of purchase or itemized documentation, as purchase date and location must be verified.
You may send in your frames for a Warranty Evaluation if they meet the following criteria:
- They were purchased from an Oliver Peoples authorized retailer or optician.
- They were purchased within the specified 1-year warranty period.
- Documentation verifies the purchase place/date can be provided.
- Frames are not fit with prescription lenses.*
Upon receipt of your Oliver Peoples frames, a certified technician will determine if the damage caused to your frame will be covered under our warranty program.
If your frame does not qualify under our warranty program or you are not able to provide a valid proof of purchase, you may still send in your frame for repair, however, charges will apply. Please review our warranty statement below:
ALL PRODUCT DISTRIBUTED BY OLIVER PEOPLES, INC. IS WARRANTED FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE AGAINST MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. COVERAGE IS VALID ONLY WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE FROM AN AUTHORIZED OLIVER PEOPLES DEALER. OLIVER PEOPLES WARRANTY PROGRAM DOES NOT COVER SCRATCHED LENSES. REPLACEMENT LENSES CAN BE PURCHASED THROUGH OUT-OF-WARRANTY SERVICE BY CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALTERATION, MISUSE, OR ABUSE OF OLIVER PEOPLES PRODUCTS WILL VOID WARRANTY. PLEASE INQUIRE FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE.
Oliver Peoples warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Shattered, fractured, or scratched lenses are not covered. Frame damage not associated with normal wear, such as pressure breaks, excessive heat, intentional bending, abuse or general misuse are also not covered.
*For warranty claims on prescription glasses, please contact the store where the frame was originally purchased. If you cannot return to your original place of purchase, you will need to find an authorized optician via our STORE LOCATOR.
